Disclaimer and Informed Consent

Linda’s alternative health energy medicine practice is aligned with the model of integrative and holistic healing. This model is based on self-responsibility and education. Only you can change your energy biofield. Energy medicine is a natural complementary adjunct to western medicine and other forms of therapies. Linda’s energy medicine treatments are distance healing over Zoom or telephone or through one of the distance work machines such as the Radionics or  Bio Resonance Hunter, which are as effective an alternative health experience as seeing Linda in person.

The purpose of this form is to explain to you what I can do for you and what you can expect. My belief about healing is that each of us is his or her own healer; that healing comes primarily from within. I can assist you in your healing by doing various kinds of techniques, which will balance your energy and enhance your sense of well-being. 

I use Radionics transmissions and Bioresonance scans to create beneficial patterns that trigger and assist your energy field to create the optimal conditions for the challenges you face. Among other techniques that I use is energy/frequency shifting by the laying on of hands, or other tools, through the Natural Bioenergetics/Health Kinesiology (NB/HK) system working in the subtle bodies and photon information patterns that surrounds and interpenetrates the body. The work can be in person or by distance via video conferencing or telephone. I will be able to tell you where energy is blocked in your body and help you to release these blocks.

In working together we may discuss the major stressors in your life, your belief systems, health history, your childhood and other issues that have an influence on your emotional and physical well-being. Through muscle-monitoring and dowsing your body will reveal information regarding its needs in nutrition, life balance, current and past stresses and traumas and more. Our work together will assist you to deal with this information in the most appropriate way, release blockages in your biofield that hinder your progress, and strengthen your energy system.


These discussions will be kept confidential except:​

a) if and to the extent authorized by yourself.

b) as required for my professional supervision where your name remains anonymous, and only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of the supervision.

c) when disclosure is required to prevent clear and imminent danger to yourself or others.

d) as required by law.

e) if I am a defendant in a civil, criminal or disciplinary action arising from the client relationship (in which case client confidences may only be disclosed in the course of that action).

At your written request or approval, and according to my capabilities, and good conscience, and professional judgment that I may consult with your other healers, therapists, physicians and spiritual teachers as appropriate to maximize the benefits to yourself.


I am not a licensed physician and therefore do not diagnose disease or prescribe drugs. I do not treat or heal diseases or medical conditions. My work focuses on cleaning, strengthening, and repairing your energy system and biofield. When your energy system functions properly your body spontaneously heals itself of many conditions and symptoms.

I am a Radionics master, as well as Certified in Natural Bioenergetics and MatrixEnergetics™. I am commonly referred to as an Energy Medicine Therapist/Natural Health Specialist. Natural Bioenergetics™ is a branch of alternative medicine that incorporates muscle monitoring so that information can be gathered and monitored from the client’s energy system. By using manual muscle-monitoring, radionic dowsing, and practiced intuition, the Natural Bioenergetics™ practitioner can determine what may be stressing the energy system and how to make corrections to it. I do not diagnose, directly treat or cure any disease or condition. However, it does work to restore the natural energy balance of the meridian system and personal biofield. In turn, this energy balance helps to improve the health condition of the body. Therefore, anyone with any condition can benefit from the application of these practices.

At all times your healing is your responsibility. I am available to be your partner in this process, your committed listener, and your mirror. I do not advise you to discontinue any medical treatment you may be receiving. My work is intended to be in harmony with any other healing work that you undertake, including allopathic medicine. Please feel free to discuss our work with your doctor or please let me know if you would like me to discuss any of our sessions with your doctor. This work does NOT replace the care of your physician. It is your responsibility to consult your physician about any medical problem or concern that you become aware of.

Service Cancellation Policy

I prefer to set up a regular schedule to work with you but there is never an obligation to continue treatment. Once I have begun the work on any particular assessment or treatment with Radionics or Bioresonance, there is no refund since the work has already been energetically done by me. I can stop that transmission at any point during the time frame, but there is no refund for work already programmed.

If you cancel an appointment please give as much notice as possible. I ask for full payment for the session if you cancel within 24 hours from the session time. If you need to cancel over a weekend, I ask for 48 hours’ notice of cancellation.


When doing a Zoom session to discuss an analysis and gather information for preparing a radionic program, I expect payment to be made either by invoice, credit card, debit card or e-transfer at the appointment. For distance work via radionics or Bioresonance, I expect payment to be made at the time of the service agreement and before the transmission is begun via credit card (or email transfer for those in Canada). All product orders are prepaid before shipping.

Required Release Form

In signing the attached Acknowledgement and Release form you agree that I may work with you in the above-described manner. I make no promises other than those outlined above. Many of my clients experience increased well-being and improvement in their condition. But I cannot promise you these things. I am not aware of any risks or negative side effects associated with these treatments.


I hereby acknowledge that I have read the foregoing Confidentiality & Consent for Treatment, am satisfied that I fully understand the nature of the treatments, and freely elect to receive these treatments. I release Linda Orr Easthouse from any and all claims of malpractice, non-disclosure, or lack of informed consent. I freely assume any and all risks of the treatment whether presently contemplated or hereinafter discovered.


Your signature (typed or handwritten) and dated returned to me by email is your legally binding Informed Consent.

Refund Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Domestic Shipping Policy (Canada)

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are beyond our control. Once a package arrives at an international border processing facility we have no control or influence on what happens or how long it happens. Generally our products cross borders with no difficulty but any backups or processing delays generated from border control does not count towards the delivery date.

No Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

LindaEasthouse.com ships to addresses within Canada and the U.S. We can not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a street address including postal code (zip code) and phone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

LindaEasthouse.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


LindaEasthouse.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please also notify Linda@easthousecentre.com to assist with a Canada Post claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to most countries around the world though because of the weight of some packages international shipping can be very expensive. International shipping is not always quick and you will be responsible for any customs clearance or taxes and fees involved.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to all international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping level you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of Canada Post, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

All shipping charges include a handling fee. 

Subscription Products/Services


If you have purchased the Clear, Clean & Boost program, it is set to auto-renewal at the end of 12 months. You will receive an email reminder about the renewal before your credit card is charged. At any time, you can log into My Account, go to the Subscriptions tab and view or change your settings for this product.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

If you purchased a subscription service, such as the Calm Immune Boost or Clear, Clean & Boost programs, you may cancel at any time. However refunds are not available for portions of a month. A refund is only available on full year payments and will be prorated to the unused complete months. 

Such cancellation must be made at least 5 business days in advance of your next scheduled credit card charge.

Payment Procedure

Payments are distributed according to the following: 

  • Paid on the 30th of each month, when a threshold of $100 is reached.
  • Paid via PayPal account.
  • Payments are paid AFTER 15 days to account for any refunds.
